Accessibility
We want Kinally to work for people who use a keyboard or a screen reader. Below is what is done, and also what is not.
What already works
- Keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator.
- Dialogs close with Escape, keep focus inside and return it afterwards.
- Touch targets are at least 44 pixels.
- Text colour contrast meets level AA.
- Reduced-motion settings are respected — animations are switched off.
- State changes are announced to screen readers.
Where we know it falls short
- Both the app and the website are available in Czech, English and German; the language can be switched at any time.
- Accessibility has not been verified by an independent audit or by testing with screen reader users.
