Kinally is a tool for coordinating a family. You and your household use it; we keep it running, and we are not responsible for how your family divides its own duties.
Who may use the service
An account can be created by a person over 18. Children's profiles are created and managed by an adult member; children have no account and do not sign in.
By accepting these terms you confirm you are entitled to enter data about the people you add to your household.
What the service does
Kinally provides a shared family calendar, tasks and a shopping list, plus an assistant that turns your text into a draft event. A draft never executes itself — you always confirm it.
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and we may change or discontinue features; we will tell you about substantial changes.
What we expect from you
- Use the service for its purpose — coordinating your own household.
- Do not enter content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
- Invite only people you trust; a household member sees the shared content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security or reach other households.
- Do not overload the service with automated requests.
Your content
Content you enter remains yours. You grant us only the permissions needed to store it, show it to you and share it with the other members of your household.
Termination
You can leave a household and have your account deleted at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you repeatedly breach these terms or where necessary for security reasons.
Liability
Kinally is an aid, not a guarantee. We are not liable for the consequences of a family not agreeing on something, of an event not appearing because of a connection failure, or of decisions made on the basis of content in the service. We do not limit liability where the law does not allow it.
